Emergency Contact
JDT Property Care LLC can be listed as an emergency contact for your second home or business for a small monthly fee. This fee covers being “on call” in case an alarm company needs to have a responder go to your home or business for an alarm activation. If we are “called out” to your property, an hourly rate will then be applied and charged. This service can also be available for those homeowners who are taking a vacation out of the area, or would just like someone to be able to respond to any type of alarm activation.
